Task:
Create a web service with multiple roles to perform laboratory research.
Work stages and solutions:
1. Develop a system in laravel for several types of users: user (laboratory), supervisor, admin, coordinator.
2. Development of a complete logic for interaction between the laboratory and coordinators and managers.
3. Chat with the ability for the user to communicate with the management team regarding the test program.
4. Creating an admin panel with its own functionality:
-creating/editing users,
-creation of indicators for programs,
-view change logs,
-administration of work with test programs (adding users to the program, confirming user applications for participation in the program, setting conditions for participation in the program. 4 types of system users: laboratory, coordinator, supervisor, administrator. Everyone has different rights and different functionality.

-receiving/sending an application for participation in the program,
-selection of methods, implementation of test methods if they are not on the list,
